Beautiful weather


'He was like a brother to us,' said Nichole Gotwalt, as she and Matthew Pierson hold up the signs they brought to the protest in front of their car, decorated with words of tribute to Brett 'Dewey' Elder. A protest against Taser use was held by the police station on the one year anniversary of Elder's death. Elder, a Bay City fifteen year old, died after being stunned with a Taser by police during a confrontation at a Bay City apartment.
