Steve Tews, of Jim Bradley Quality Painting, puts a fresh coat of paint on the tail section of the helicopter at the Bay County Vietnam Veterans Monument in Veterans Memorial Park. Tews estimated that repainting the monument would take 5 gallons of paint.
